Currently, Growby connects one WABA account per business. But some businesses need multiple support agents to handle their WABA accounts and transfer chats between agents.
Some businesses, like a large retail store or ecommerce store, have several customer support agents managing their WhatsApp chats. With this new feature, Growby will allow businesses to connect multiple WhatsApp Business API accounts and enable chat transfers between agents. So, if one agent is busy or needs to escalate a conversation, they can seamlessly transfer it to another agent who can continue assisting the customer. This flexibility will improve efficiency and customer service for businesses using Growby.
